【摘要】 目的 總結(jié)腺苷負(fù)荷心肌灌注顯像MPI護理方法及特點。 方法 2009年6月—2010年1月，對148例臨床疑似冠心病患者行腺苷負(fù)荷MPI以確診。腺苷注射前做好患者心理護理，腺苷注射中持續(xù)心電監(jiān)護，并及時處理不適癥狀，注射后予以相關(guān)健康指導(dǎo)。 結(jié)果 148例患者順利完成腺苷負(fù)荷MPI，患者出現(xiàn)面色潮紅、呼吸急促、氣短、胸悶、胸部壓迫感、心悸及頭脹等不良反應(yīng)共114例，124例患者發(fā)生血壓改變，34例無不良反應(yīng)。 結(jié)論 腺苷負(fù)荷MPI無創(chuàng)安全，簡便可行，重復(fù)性好，不良反應(yīng)輕微，在心血管疾病的診療中具有明顯優(yōu)勢。
