【摘要】　目的　 探討2型糖尿?。╰ype 2 diabetic mellitus，T2DM）患者尿蛋白排泄率（urinary albamin excretion rate，UAER）與頸股動(dòng)脈脈搏波傳導(dǎo)速度（carotid-femoral pulse wave velocity，CF-PWV）的關(guān)系。　方法　 2007年1月—2010年11月，將112例T2DM患者按UAER分為兩組，A組（UAER lt;20 μg/min）及B組（UAER gt;20 μg/min）各56例，分別測(cè)CF-PWV。　結(jié)果　 兩組CF-PWV分別為（11.72±3.67）、（14.25±4.23） m/s，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（t=3.381，P=0.001）。　結(jié)論　 T2DM患者中，UAER增高者CF-PWV明顯增高，提示動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化程度與糖尿病腎病的嚴(yán)重程度相關(guān)。
