【摘要】 目的  探討2型糖尿?。╰ype 2 diabetic mellitus,T2DM)患者尿蛋白排泄率(urinary albamin excretion rate,UAER)與頸股動(dòng)脈脈搏波傳導(dǎo)速度(carotid-femoral pulse wave velocity,CF-PWV)的關(guān)系。 方法  2007年1月—2010年11月,將112例T2DM患者按UAER分為兩組,A組(UAER lt;20 μg/min)及B組(UAER gt;20 μg/min)各56例,分別測(cè)CF-PWV。 結(jié)果  兩組CF-PWV分別為(11.72±3.67)、(14.25±4.23) m/s,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=3.381,P=0.001)。 結(jié)論  T2DM患者中,UAER增高者CF-PWV明顯增高,提示動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化程度與糖尿病腎病的嚴(yán)重程度相關(guān)。
