【摘要】　 自身免疫性胰腺炎是一種以免疫介導、纖維炎癥改變?yōu)樘攸c的特殊類型慢性胰腺炎。此病的特點為血清中高IgG4水平，伴胰腺腫大和胰管不規(guī)則狹窄，同時碳酸酐酶抗體和抗乳鐵蛋白抗體的存在。病理學表現(xiàn)為導管周圍淋巴漿細胞浸潤伴纖維化。實驗室、組織學檢查、臨床表現(xiàn)均顯示與自身免疫有關(guān)。皮質(zhì)激素對其療效顯著。日本、韓國、美國相繼制定了自身免疫性胰腺炎的診斷標準，2008年提出了亞洲診斷標準。目前我國自身免疫性胰腺炎的病例報道不多，他國的診斷標準可作為我國自身免疫性胰腺炎診療的良好借鑒。
