【摘要】 目的 總結(jié)心房顫動(dòng)患者行三維射頻消的融治療的護(hù)理要點(diǎn)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 方法 對(duì)2010年11月-2011年5月收治的62例行三維射頻消融治療心房顫動(dòng)患者臨床資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析。 結(jié)果 62例手術(shù)均消融成功，術(shù)后發(fā)生并發(fā)癥5例，其中心包壓塞1例，迷走神經(jīng)反射3例，下肢靜脈血栓形成1例，經(jīng)積極治療和護(hù)理均好轉(zhuǎn)出院。 結(jié)論 圍手術(shù)期實(shí)施正確有效的護(hù)理措施是保證手術(shù)和治療效果的重要因素。
