【摘要】乳腺癌在腫瘤發(fā)展早期就可遠(yuǎn)處播散,乳腺癌術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)和轉(zhuǎn)移是影響預(yù)后的主要因素, 在外周血中發(fā)現(xiàn)腫瘤細(xì)胞即是重要證據(jù), 因而提出了循環(huán)腫瘤細(xì)胞(circulating tumor cell, CTC)的概念。檢測(cè)乳腺癌CTC 有助于準(zhǔn)確的判斷預(yù)后,并為及時(shí)評(píng)判和監(jiān)測(cè)治療效果提供依據(jù),有利于患者的個(gè)體化治療,具有重要的臨床意義。
