目的:分析體外受精(IVF)患者卵泡液中sFas和sFasL的濃度與妊娠的關(guān)系,以及與卵泡液中的促黃體素(LH)水平之間的相關(guān)性。方法:收集行IVF/ICSI患者的卵泡液,測定sFas、sFasL和LH濃度。結(jié)果:妊娠組排卵前卵泡液中的sFasL和LH水平顯著高于未妊娠組(P分別為0.002和<0.001),兩組中sFas水平?jīng)]有明顯差異。通過logistic回歸分析,卵泡液中與妊娠有統(tǒng)計學(xué)相關(guān)的因素僅為LH,OR=4.117(P為0.001)。卵泡液中的LH和sFasL的水平呈明顯正相關(guān)關(guān)系(P lt;0.001),LH與sFas之間無顯著相關(guān)關(guān)系。結(jié)論:在IVF/ICSI治療周期中,卵泡液中的sFasL蛋白和LH水平與妊娠結(jié)局有關(guān),卵泡液中的LH水平可能通過調(diào)節(jié)卵泡局部的某些系統(tǒng)來調(diào)節(jié)卵泡中FasFasL系統(tǒng)介導(dǎo)的凋亡作用。
