目的：探討輸卵管性不孕婦女生存質(zhì)量及其影響因素，并為輸卵管性不孕癥治療決策的選擇提供相應(yīng)的依據(jù)。方法：采用生存質(zhì)量測(cè)評(píng)量表SF-36對(duì)80名輸卵管性不孕婦女及80名已生育或妊娠的健康婦女進(jìn)行了同期的橫斷面調(diào)查與比較。結(jié)果：輸卵管性不孕婦女的生存質(zhì)量較正常健康婦女人群低，除了生理功能及軀體疼痛外，輸卵管性不孕婦女有關(guān)社會(huì)功能、生理問(wèn)題對(duì)功能的限制、心理問(wèn)題對(duì)功能的限制、心理健康、活力、健康的總體評(píng)價(jià)、健康變化程度等七個(gè)方面的主觀滿意度均較對(duì)照組低，差異有顯著意義(P lt;0.05)?；颊叩哪挲g、文化程度及居住環(huán)境對(duì)其生存質(zhì)量有影響。結(jié)論：在治療不孕癥時(shí)，不應(yīng)僅針對(duì)其病因治療，而且要重視心理和社會(huì)因素的作用，加強(qiáng)心理治療，重視健康教育，針對(duì)性地改善患者在精神、社會(huì)、心理等方面的主觀體驗(yàn)，以促進(jìn)不孕癥婦女生存質(zhì)量的提高。
