目的：探討宮頸微小偏離性腺癌的診斷與治療。方法：按照WHO(2003)宮頸腺癌分類標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，回顧性分析我院收治的8例宮頸微小偏離性腺癌的臨床病理資料。結(jié)果：宮頸微小偏離性腺癌占同期收治宮頸浸潤腺癌的4.73％，臨床表現(xiàn)為水樣白帶和/或生殖道出血、宮頸肥大變硬和贅生物，陰道B超檢查示宮腔積液，宮頸細(xì)胞學(xué)診斷較困難，常需深部活檢組織診斷。結(jié)論：診斷應(yīng)結(jié)合臨床表現(xiàn)，影像學(xué)檢查，宮頸細(xì)胞學(xué)。當(dāng)高度懷疑時應(yīng)取深部組織或?qū)m頸錐切組織診斷，早期診治預(yù)后較好。
