目的：分析四川汶川地震脊柱損傷患者CT表現(xiàn)及其價(jià)值。方法：對(duì)地震發(fā)生后近2個(gè)月內(nèi)先后送至四川大學(xué)華西醫(yī)院治療的148名脊柱外傷傷員，進(jìn)行脊柱骨折特點(diǎn)CT分析。結(jié)果：148例傷員共有341個(gè)椎骨骨折，其中頸椎骨折49個(gè)，胸椎骨折110個(gè)，腰椎骨折179個(gè)，骶椎骨折3個(gè)。壓縮骨折43個(gè)，爆裂骨折41個(gè)，后柱斷裂149個(gè)，壓縮骨折合并后柱斷裂6個(gè)，爆裂骨折合并后柱斷裂102個(gè)，骨折脫位18個(gè)。148例脊柱傷員有84例伴發(fā)椎管狹窄。結(jié)論：CT能準(zhǔn)確、快速地對(duì)地震脊柱損傷患者進(jìn)行診斷，為臨床治療起到指導(dǎo)作用。
