目的:評價先天性心臟?。–HD)不同病變類型在64層螺旋CT(64-MDCT)三維重建圖像上的表現(xiàn)及顯示效果。方法:回顧性分析36例CHD患者的64-MDCT資料,分別在軸位、冠狀、矢狀位及容積再現(xiàn)(VR)重組圖像上觀察病變,統(tǒng)計分析不同重組圖像顯示總體病變及房、室間隔缺損效果有無差異。結(jié)果:36例患者共有病變59處,軸位、冠狀及矢狀位圖像在發(fā)現(xiàn)病變(59處,100.0%;57處,96.6%;53處,89.8%)及室間隔缺損顯示(顯示效果評分:41、38及39分)方面無明顯差異(P>0.05),但軸位圖像顯示房間隔缺損明顯優(yōu)于冠、矢狀位圖像(顯示效果評分:19、13及12分)(P<0.05)。VR圖像與軸位及冠、矢狀位圖像顯示心外大血管病變效果無差異P>0.05)。不同類型病變在軸位,冠、矢狀位及VR圖像上表現(xiàn)特征不盡相同,而不同重組圖像有各自優(yōu)勢顯示的病變類型。結(jié)論:64-DCT三維重建圖像能夠很好地顯示先心病各種類型病變,了解不同重建圖像上病變表現(xiàn)特征及顯示效果有利于做出準(zhǔn)確、全面的診斷。
