目的:分析基底細(xì)胞癌中P53蛋白的表達(dá)情況,探討P53蛋白的表達(dá)與基底細(xì)胞癌發(fā)生發(fā)展的關(guān)系,以及在基底細(xì)胞癌發(fā)病機(jī)制中的作用。方法:選取2006年7月至2007年2月,北京朝陽醫(yī)院皮膚科手術(shù)切除的基底細(xì)胞癌及正常皮膚組織石蠟標(biāo)本各17例,免疫組織化學(xué)法分析P53蛋白在基底細(xì)胞癌和正常皮膚組織中的表達(dá)情況。結(jié)果:17例基底細(xì)胞癌中P53蛋白的表達(dá)率為100%。綜合染色強(qiáng)度和陽性細(xì)胞所占比例進(jìn)行平均半定量分析,P53蛋白在基底細(xì)胞癌中表達(dá)程度為,而在正常皮膚組織中表達(dá)程度為+,兩者之間存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)上顯著性差異。結(jié)論:P53在基底細(xì)胞癌中呈現(xiàn)高度表達(dá)狀態(tài),提示P53蛋白的表達(dá)與基底細(xì)胞癌的發(fā)病過程關(guān)系密切,可能在其發(fā)生發(fā)展過程中起重要作用。
