目的:了解汶川大地震自然災(zāi)難對(duì)幸存者心理健康狀況的影響。方法:在地震發(fā)生后1月內(nèi)采用SCL-90對(duì)地震災(zāi)區(qū)幸存者進(jìn)行心理健康狀況評(píng)估。結(jié)果:SCL-90各因子分中,軀體化、抑郁、焦慮及敵對(duì)因子災(zāi)區(qū)幸存者均高于常模,其余各因子災(zāi)區(qū)幸存者均低于常模;男性、女性之間和不同文化程度之間比較, SCL-90總均分及各因子分差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均 gt;0.05);不同居住地之間比較,軀體化、恐怖和偏執(zhí)因子差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。 其中,軀體化癥狀中,居住農(nóng)村者均分最高(2.06±1.23),其次為山區(qū)幸存者(1.75±0.47),城市幸存者最輕(1.63±0.51)(P= 0.042),而在恐怖、偏執(zhí)因子分中,居住山區(qū)者最高(1.36±0.68;1.59±0.79),其次為農(nóng)村(1.15±0.39;1.34±0.45),城市最低(1.07±0.30;1.25±0.35)(P均= 0.015)。結(jié)論:特大地震自然災(zāi)難給幸存者造成的心理創(chuàng)傷很普遍,需要對(duì)幸存者進(jìn)行及時(shí)的心理危機(jī)干預(yù),政府衛(wèi)生部門(mén)在制定救援政策時(shí)有必要納入心理危機(jī)干預(yù)計(jì)劃。
