目的:總結(jié)PFNA治療老年股骨轉(zhuǎn)子間骨折的臨床療效。方法:2007年1月至2008年3月用PFNA固定治療老年股骨轉(zhuǎn)子間不同類型骨折29例。結(jié)果:所有患者治療優(yōu)良率為93.1%,功能恢復(fù)接近傷前水平。結(jié)論: 用PFNA固定治療老年患者股骨轉(zhuǎn)子間骨折,手術(shù)操作簡(jiǎn)單,大大縮短手術(shù)時(shí)間,固定切實(shí)可靠,無斷釘及髖內(nèi)翻畸形發(fā)生,能使患者早期進(jìn)行患肢功能鍛煉及下床,大大降低長(zhǎng)期臥床的并發(fā)癥,效果滿意。
