目的:了解汶川地震老年傷員存在的身體結(jié)構(gòu)與功能受損程度及活動(dòng)、參與能力受限程度,明確其康復(fù)護(hù)理需求。方法:方便抽樣的方法選取研究對(duì)象,采用自行設(shè)計(jì)的調(diào)查表由康復(fù)醫(yī)師在征得其同意后對(duì)其完成資料的收集。結(jié)果:共選取研究對(duì)象40名。傷員存在多系統(tǒng)多器官的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能受損,存在呼吸道感染者4例(10%),截肢者2例(5%),顱腦損傷導(dǎo)致癱瘓者1例(2.5%),骨折者28例(70%)。傷后早期即出現(xiàn)運(yùn)動(dòng)功能的下降,26例(65%)患者存在關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)受限,26例(65%)肌力下降。疼痛是需要解決的一個(gè)重要問(wèn)題,19例(47.5%)患者存在不同程度的疼痛問(wèn)題。傷后老年傷員日?；顒?dòng)生活能力下降,生活能基本自理者僅13例(32.5%);參與能力受限也是一個(gè)不容忽視的問(wèn)題,職業(yè)能力受限者36例(90%),休閑娛樂(lè)能力受限者33例(82.5%),社交能力受限者25例(62.5%)。結(jié)論:老年傷員的康復(fù)現(xiàn)狀不容樂(lè)觀,應(yīng)該引起重視,康復(fù)治療需要及早進(jìn)行。
