目的:總結(jié)髖臼骨折的手術(shù)入路和復(fù)位固定經(jīng)驗。方法:2006年1月至2008年2月經(jīng)Kocher Langenbeck、髂腹股溝、前后聯(lián)合入路手術(shù)治療髖臼骨折52例。結(jié)果:隨訪6～36個月,優(yōu)良率90.4％。術(shù)后發(fā)生創(chuàng)傷性關(guān)節(jié)炎10例,股骨頭壞死2例,異位骨化10例,所有患者均骨愈合。結(jié)論:手術(shù)治療髖臼骨折能較好地恢復(fù)骨盆形態(tài)及下肢活動功能,防止骨折畸形愈合。正確的選擇手術(shù)入路和術(shù)中良好的復(fù)位固定是提高髖臼骨折療效的基礎(chǔ)。
