目的:探討大鼠外耳道腺的正常組織結(jié)構(gòu)及年齡組間,雌雄動(dòng)物間有無差異,以期為藥物評(píng)價(jià)過程中藥物對(duì)耳腺影響的評(píng)價(jià)提供客觀的依據(jù)。方法:將20只同齡SD大鼠隨即分為A和B兩組,每組均雌雄各半,分別與12周和17周齡處死,取外耳道腺進(jìn)行病理學(xué)分析。觀察外耳道腺在不同年齡組間、雌雄組間有無區(qū)別。結(jié)果:A組動(dòng)物雌雄組間外耳道腺的組織結(jié)構(gòu)無明顯差異。B組動(dòng)物雌雄動(dòng)物間外耳道腺的組織結(jié)構(gòu)無明顯差異。A組雌性動(dòng)物與B組雌性動(dòng)物間外耳道腺的組織結(jié)構(gòu)無明顯差異。A組雄性動(dòng)物與B組雄性動(dòng)物間外耳道腺的組織結(jié)構(gòu)無明顯差異。結(jié)論:SD大鼠外耳道腺的組織結(jié)構(gòu)在雌雄動(dòng)物間及年齡在12周及17周間無明顯差異,因此在進(jìn)行藥物對(duì)耳腺的影響的評(píng)價(jià)過程中12周齡和17周齡的受試大鼠所得到的結(jié)果應(yīng)具備可比性。
