• 四川省成都市心血管病研究所、成都市第三人民醫(yī)院心內(nèi)科,四川成都 610031;

目的:觀察纈沙坦逆轉(zhuǎn)輕中度原發(fā)性高血壓左室肥厚的療效。方法:采用自身對(duì)照試驗(yàn), 116 例輕中度原發(fā)性高血壓伴左室肥厚的患者, 服用纈沙坦80~160mg/d, 共36 周, 隨訪患者血壓、超聲心動(dòng)圖及不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果: 116例患者治療后血壓明顯下降(P lt;0.05), 左心室舒末內(nèi)徑(LVDd)、室間隔厚度(IVST) 、心室后壁厚度(PWT) 、左室重指數(shù)(LVMI) 均明顯減少 (P 均 lt;0.01),無明顯不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論: 纈沙坦治療輕中度原發(fā)性高血壓療效確切, 有效逆轉(zhuǎn)左室肥厚。
