目的:觀察A型肉毒毒素(BTXA)對(duì)面肌痙攣(HFS)患者痙攣程度的改善和生存質(zhì)量的影響。方法: 對(duì)68例HFS患者進(jìn)行局部注射BTXA,治療前及治療后1個(gè)月分別對(duì)患者的痙攣程度進(jìn)行判定和使用世界衛(wèi)生組織生存質(zhì)量評(píng)定量表簡(jiǎn)表(WHOQOL-BREF)評(píng)價(jià)生存質(zhì)量。 結(jié)果: 97.04%的HFS患者在BXTA治療后1個(gè)月痙攣明顯改善緩解,而且患者在WHOQOL-BREF的生理領(lǐng)域、心理領(lǐng)域、社會(huì)關(guān)系領(lǐng)域、總的健康狀況和總的生存質(zhì)量的評(píng)分均明顯高于治療前,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P lt;0.01)。 結(jié)論: 局部注射BTXA可迅速緩解或消除HFS患者肌肉痙攣,提高患者的生存質(zhì)量。
