目的:探討結直腸癌KAI1/CD82與E－cadherin的表達與預后的關系。方法: 采用免疫組化S-P法檢測105例結直腸癌中KAI1/CD82與E-cadherin的表達。結果: 74例中5年生存率為48.6%。生存5年以上的KAI1/CD82的陽性表達率(86.11%),明顯高于生存5年以下者(57.89%)(P lt;0.01);而E－cadherin生存5年以上者的陽性表達率(6389%)亦明顯高于生存5年以下者(31.58%)(P lt;0.01%)。結論:聯(lián)合檢測KAI1/CD82與E-cadherin的表達對臨床判斷結直腸癌的預后有重要價值。
