目的:探討類風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎患者疾病活動(dòng)與血清中白介素-20(IL-20)水平的關(guān)系。方法:用酶標(biāo)記免疫吸附測(cè)定(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)方法檢測(cè)60例類風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎患者及30例正常對(duì)照者外周血血清中IL-20水平。分析IL-20水平與RA發(fā)病和類風(fēng)濕因子(rheumatoid factor,RF)、C反應(yīng)蛋白(C reactive protein,CRP)、血沉(erythrocyte sedimentation rate,ESR)及同期手X光片分期的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:活動(dòng)期類風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎患者外周血中IL-0水平明顯高于正常對(duì)照組(P lt;0.1)。類風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎患者IL.0水平與其RF、CRP、血沉及同期手X光片分期無(wú)明顯相關(guān)性(P gt;0.)。結(jié)論:活動(dòng)期類風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎患者外周血中IL-20平明顯高于正常對(duì)照組,但與RF、CRP、血沉及同期手X光片分期無(wú)明顯相關(guān)性。IL-0可能參與類風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎的發(fā)病過(guò)程,提示需進(jìn)一步研究。
