目的:探討白藜蘆醇對人腦膠質(zhì)瘤U251細胞的凋亡相關(guān)因子caspase-3的作用。方法:應(yīng)用RT-PCR方法和Western-blot分別檢測凋亡因子caspase-3的RNA和蛋白水平的表達。結(jié)果:白藜蘆醇能明顯促進U251細胞的凋亡相關(guān)因子caspase-3的表達,存在劑量依賴與時間依賴性。結(jié)論:白藜蘆醇能通過caspase-3途徑誘導(dǎo)U251細胞的凋亡。
