目的  評(píng)估甲狀腺全切除術(shù)對(duì)結(jié)節(jié)性甲狀腺腫患者的健康相關(guān)生活質(zhì)量的影響。
方法  選擇筆者所在醫(yī)院2009年1月至2011年12月期間行甲狀腺全切除術(shù)的結(jié)節(jié)性甲狀腺腫患者作為研究對(duì)象(甲狀腺全切除組),并且選擇同期行甲狀腺腺葉切除術(shù)、年齡相近的結(jié)節(jié)性甲狀腺腫患者作為對(duì)照(甲狀腺腺葉切除組),采用歐洲五維健康相關(guān)生活質(zhì)量量表(EQ-5D)對(duì)2組患者的生活質(zhì)量進(jìn)行調(diào)查。比較2組患者的生活質(zhì)量,并將甲狀腺全切除組患者的結(jié)果與第四次國(guó)家衛(wèi)生服務(wù)調(diào)查中的普通人群結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較。
結(jié)果  甲狀腺全切除組回收有效問(wèn)卷26份,甲狀腺腺葉切除組回收有效問(wèn)卷28份。2組患者的人口統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)特征基本相似,其行動(dòng)能力、自我照顧能力、日?;顒?dòng)能力、疼痛/不舒服情況、焦慮/抑郁情況及VAS得分比較差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05)。此外,與普通人群相比,甲狀腺全切除組患者“疼痛/不舒服”選項(xiàng)選擇中度及以上異常者的比例較高〔30.8% (8/26)比9.2% (16 330/177 501),P<0.01〕;其余方面與普通人群比較差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05)。
結(jié)論  結(jié)節(jié)性甲狀腺腫患者接受甲狀腺全切除術(shù)對(duì)患者生活質(zhì)量的影響較小。
