目的 　回顧性分析2008年5月12日汶川地震及2013年4月20日蘆山地震中，筆者所在醫(yī)院收治的8例地震肝外傷住院傷員情況，為地震肝外傷的診治提供參考。
方法 　于筆者所在醫(yī)院病案科查詢因地震傷入院且診斷為肝外傷的傷員，收集其相關(guān)臨床資料并分析。
結(jié)果 　筆者所在醫(yī)院在汶川及蘆山地震后共收治地震肝外傷患者8例，其中7例患者伴隨有其他合并傷。入院后2例患者接受了肝臟手術(shù)治療，其余6例患者行保守治療。所有患者均治愈出院。
結(jié)論 　早期明確診斷，選擇恰當(dāng)?shù)闹委煼绞?，及時(shí)處理合并傷，可以使地震肝外傷患者獲得良好的預(yù)后。
