目的 　總結骶尾部藏毛竇的診斷和治療方法。
方法 　回顧性分析我院2007年1月至2011年1月期間收治的84例骶尾部藏毛竇病例的診治過程，并結合國內、外相關文獻報道進行分析、總結。對骶尾部藏毛竇復發(fā)者及瘺道走形長度大于5cm者采用竇道切除切口敞開術，完整切除病變組織，予以康復新液紗條每日濕敷換藥治療；無復發(fā)者且瘺道走形長度小于5cm者采用切除一期縫合，切口褥式縫合，消滅死腔。
結果 　采用切除一期縫合術者36例，竇道切除切口敞開術者48例。有2例切除一期縫合術者術后半年復發(fā)，行竇道切除切口敞開術后以康復新液換藥而愈；其余82例均一次性手術治愈。切除一期縫合的傷口愈合時間為14～35d，平均為26d；竇道切除切口敞開愈合時間為30～45d，平均37d。無一例發(fā)生并發(fā)癥。隨訪1年以上均無復發(fā)。
結論　 術前完善相關檢查，明確診斷，根據病情選擇合適的手術治療方式，以及圍手術期的合理護理能最大程度地治愈及減少復發(fā)的可能性。
