• 宜賓市第二人民醫(yī)院胃腸肛腸疝外科（四川宜賓 644000）;

目的 　研究銀離子聯(lián)合水凝膠敷料和傳統(tǒng)敷料對術(shù)后感染傷口的治療作用。
方法 　對我院普外科行手術(shù)治療后傷口發(fā)生感染的患者進(jìn)行前瞻性研究，隨機(jī)納入新型敷料組（銀離子聯(lián)合水凝膠）和傳統(tǒng)敷料組，收集患者一般基線資料，比較2組的創(chuàng)面愈合率、創(chuàng)面愈合時間及換藥費(fèi)用。
結(jié)果 　根據(jù)納入和排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，最終新型敷料組納入42例患者，傳統(tǒng)敷料組納入58例患者，2組患者基線資料一致（P＞0.05）。治療6d后的創(chuàng)面愈合率新型敷料組明顯高于傳統(tǒng)敷料組（P＜0.05）；創(chuàng)面愈合時間新型敷料組明顯短于傳統(tǒng)敷料組（P＜0.05）；換藥費(fèi)用2組間比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P＞0.05）。
結(jié)論 　銀離子聯(lián)合水凝膠敷料具有較好的控制傷口感染、促進(jìn)傷口的生長及促進(jìn)傷口愈合的作用。
