目的  分析并總結肝竇內皮細胞的表型標志以及其在肝臟疾病發(fā)生、發(fā)展過程中的作用的研究進展情況。
方法  以“肝竇內皮細胞”、“肝再生”及“肝臟疾病”作為關鍵詞,利用PubMed、萬方、CNKI等數據庫檢索近年來關于肝竇內皮細胞與肝臟疾病研究的相關文獻并進行綜述。
結果  肝竇內皮細胞具有特殊的細胞結構及表型標志,在肝臟再生、肝臟免疫耐受、肝臟纖維化及肝臟損傷的過程中最先感受“損傷信息”,并且作為第一道屏障既起著保護肝臟的作用,同時也是肝臟損傷的最初改變,在肝臟疾病發(fā)生、發(fā)展的過程中起著重要的作用。
結論  肝竇內皮細胞功能復雜,其在肝臟疾病病變過程中具體如何發(fā)揮作用及發(fā)揮作用的機制尚不明確,有待進一步研究。
