目的  探討靜脈血栓形成的復(fù)發(fā)因素。
方法  檢索與靜脈血栓復(fù)發(fā)因素相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),通過(guò)meta分析判斷多種因素與首次靜脈血栓形成后復(fù)發(fā)的關(guān)系。
結(jié)果  共納入12篇相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),meta分析結(jié)果顯示,首次靜脈血栓治療后復(fù)發(fā)與男性、年齡<50歲、伴發(fā)惡性腫瘤或抗磷脂綜合征相關(guān);與首次靜脈血栓類型和有無(wú)誘因無(wú)明顯相關(guān)性。
結(jié)論  靜脈血栓復(fù)發(fā)與多因素相關(guān),對(duì)存在復(fù)發(fā)因素的患者應(yīng)適當(dāng)延長(zhǎng)抗凝時(shí)間,預(yù)防血栓復(fù)發(fā)。
