目的 探討腹腔鏡膽囊切除術(shù)中避免膽管損傷新方法的安全性。
方法 回顧性分析2008年1月至2012年1月期間筆者所在醫(yī)院采用Rouviere溝引導(dǎo)定位的方法進(jìn)行腹腔鏡膽囊切除術(shù)患者的臨床資料，并在手術(shù)時(shí)間和術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率方面與同期傳統(tǒng)手術(shù)組病例相比較。
結(jié)果 與傳統(tǒng)手術(shù)組比較，Rouviere溝引導(dǎo)組患者的手術(shù)時(shí)間縮短，術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率及中轉(zhuǎn)開腹率降低，其差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。
結(jié)論 采用Rouviere溝引導(dǎo)定位法進(jìn)行腹腔鏡膽囊切除術(shù)能有效縮短手術(shù)時(shí)間，減少膽管損傷的發(fā)生概率，值得在臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
