目的  探討下肢靜脈曲張血管壁中滋養(yǎng)血管的變化。
方法  收集32例(36條)下肢靜脈曲張管壁標(biāo)本。對(duì)12例(16條)曲張靜脈(曲張組)、9例下肢靜脈曲張復(fù)發(fā)(復(fù)發(fā)組)、11例下肢血栓性淺靜脈炎(靜脈炎組)、9例正常靜脈(對(duì)照組)行HE染色,觀察滋養(yǎng)血管分布并測(cè)定滋養(yǎng)血管密度。
結(jié)果  曲張組、復(fù)發(fā)組、靜脈炎組外膜和中膜層可見(jiàn)滋養(yǎng)血管明顯增多,而內(nèi)膜少見(jiàn)。曲張組、復(fù)發(fā)組、靜脈炎組滋養(yǎng)血管密度(個(gè)/mm2)分別為5.65±1.45、6.20±1.73、5.94±1.63,均明顯大于對(duì)照組(2.87±0.54),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);曲張組、復(fù)發(fā)組、靜脈炎組3組間滋養(yǎng)血管密度比較差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05)。
結(jié)論  滋養(yǎng)血管的變化可能是下肢靜脈曲張發(fā)病機(jī)制的一個(gè)重要病理改變。
