目的  探討豚鼠膽囊膽固醇結石形成過程中c-kit及scf mRNA及蛋白的表達變化情況。
方法  將20只豚鼠隨機分為2組,分別給予普通飼料及致石飼料,致石周期為6周。RT-PCR檢測膽囊組織中c-kit及scf mRNA的表達情況,Western blot檢測c-kit及scf蛋白的表達情況。
結果  RT-PCR結果顯示,與對照組相比,致石組豚鼠膽囊c-kit mRNA (t=6.985, P<0.01)和scf mRNA (t=6.028,P<0.01)的表達量下降。Western blot結果顯示,與對照組相比,致石組豚鼠膽囊c-kit (t=10.256,P<0.01)及scf蛋白(t=9.586,P<0.01)表達量下降。
結論  飲食誘導的豚鼠膽囊膽固醇結石形成過程中,豚鼠膽囊c-kit和scf mRNA及蛋白表達水平均下降。c-kit/scf通路抑制可能參與膽囊膽固醇結石的形成。
