目的 分析復(fù)發(fā)性急性胰腺炎（AP）的臨床特點(diǎn)、常見(jiàn)病因及預(yù)防措施。
方法 回顧性分析2008年10月至2011年11月期間筆者所在醫(yī)院收治的43例復(fù)發(fā)性AP患者的臨床特點(diǎn)及影像學(xué)檢查數(shù)據(jù)，并與同期收治的258例初發(fā)性AP患者進(jìn)行比較，分析復(fù)發(fā)性AP患者的復(fù)發(fā)原因。
結(jié)果 復(fù)發(fā)性AP與初發(fā)性AP患者在發(fā)熱、黃疸、腹痛緩解時(shí)間、胰腺局部并發(fā)癥以及重癥AP患者比例方面差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＞0.05）。復(fù)發(fā)性AP與初發(fā)性AP患者的發(fā)病原因比較，初發(fā)性AP患者發(fā)病原因以飲食因素（大量飲酒或暴飲暴食）及結(jié)石性膽囊炎為主（P值分別為0.038和0.006），但復(fù)發(fā)性AP患者以高脂血癥及膽總管微小結(jié)石和十二指腸乳頭疾?。íM窄或憩室）居多（P值分別為0.007和0.008）。針對(duì)復(fù)發(fā)性AP患者的發(fā)病原因進(jìn)行治療后隨訪觀察3個(gè)月～2年（平均14.2個(gè)月），無(wú)一例復(fù)發(fā)。
結(jié)論 尋找復(fù)發(fā)性AP準(zhǔn)確的病因并針對(duì)病因進(jìn)行早期治療是治療及預(yù)防胰腺炎復(fù)發(fā)的關(guān)鍵所在。
