目的  總結(jié)目前胰島移植分子影像示蹤與監(jiān)測的不同方法。
方法  對當(dāng)前國內(nèi)、外有關(guān)胰島移植分子影像示蹤與監(jiān)測的研究報道進行綜述和分析。
結(jié)果  MRI具有高敏感性,高空間分辨率,可應(yīng)用于臨床,可在MR實時引導(dǎo)下進行藥物注射,無放射性損傷等優(yōu)點,但缺點是無法區(qū)分肝細胞以及未存活的移植胰島細胞,在肝鐵離子過量的患者中無法進行監(jiān)測。核素分子顯像的優(yōu)點是特異性高,只有存活的細胞產(chǎn)生信號,可應(yīng)用于臨床,但具有離子輻射,有可能會篡改基因,無解剖成像,空間分辨率低,放射性示蹤半衰期較短。光學(xué)成像特異性高,只有存活的細胞產(chǎn)生信號,獲取途徑多樣,無放射性損傷,但有可能會篡改基因,空間分辨率低,尚無法應(yīng)用于臨床。
結(jié)論  磁共振、核素影像、光學(xué)成像以及基于微囊胰島的多模態(tài)影像,都可以對胰島移植物進行分子影像的示蹤與監(jiān)測,基于微囊胰島的多模態(tài)影像可能會是未來最佳的方法。
