目的 　對(duì)比分析腹腔鏡與開腹低位保肛手術(shù)的預(yù)后。
方法 　對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)腹腔鏡與開腹低位保肛手術(shù)預(yù)后比較的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜述。
結(jié)果 　腹腔鏡直腸癌低位保肛手術(shù)與傳統(tǒng)開腹手術(shù)比較并不增加局部復(fù)發(fā)率及遠(yuǎn)處轉(zhuǎn)移率。
結(jié)論 　腹腔鏡低位直腸癌保肛手術(shù)的安全性、可行性以及長(zhǎng)期預(yù)后尚需更多隨機(jī)對(duì)照的臨床試驗(yàn)以及更多的循證醫(yī)學(xué)證據(jù)來(lái)驗(yàn)證。
