目的 　探討胃癌術后影響胃癌患者生存的因素。
方法 　將2004年1月至2009年12月期間在筆者所在醫(yī)院行手術治療并獲隨訪的351例胃癌患者作為研究對象，對其臨床病理資料及隨訪資料進行單因素和多因素分析。
結果 　單因素分析顯示患者年齡以及腫瘤部位、T分期、N分期、TNM分期和分化程度與預后有關（P＜0.05）；多因素分析顯示腫瘤部位、T分期、N分期和術后化療是影響胃癌術后生存率的獨立因素（P＜0.05）。
結論 　腫瘤部位、浸潤深度、淋巴結轉移率及術后輔助化療是影響胃癌術后生存的重要因素。對于有淋巴結轉移或處于TNM Ⅲ期的胃癌患者，術后化療可以提高其生存率。
