目的 　總結(jié)保留皮膚乳腺癌改良根治術(shù)后即時(shí)乳房再造方法的治療體會(huì)。
方法 　筆者所在醫(yī)院2008年5月至2011年12月期間對(duì)10例早期乳腺癌患者行保留大部分皮膚的改良根治術(shù)，同時(shí)應(yīng)用下腹部腹直肌帶蒂肌皮瓣（TRAM）行即時(shí)乳房再造，就該10例患者的臨床資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析。
結(jié)果 　10例患者中1例TRAM皮瓣部分壞死，1例乳頭部分壞死，1例再造乳房乳尾部脂肪部分壞死伴腋下傷口感染；無(wú)腹壁切口疝發(fā)生，無(wú)全部TRAM皮瓣壞死病例。術(shù)后患者對(duì)再造乳房形態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)非常滿意5例，比較滿意4例，不滿意1例。
結(jié)論 　保留皮膚的乳腺癌改良根治術(shù)后即時(shí)TRAM皮瓣乳房再造方法的切口小，再造乳房形態(tài)好，是一種安全有效的治療早期乳腺癌患者的方法。
