目的探討副乳腺癌的診斷和治療方法。 方法回顧性總結我院收治的1例副乳腺癌患者的臨床病理資料，并結合相關文獻進行分析。 結果該例患者臨床表現(xiàn)為左腋下腫塊，彩超及鉬靶檢查均提示惡性可能性大，病理報告證實為副乳腺癌。 行左副乳腺和左乳腺切除加左腋窩低位淋巴結清掃術，術后病理報告： 左副乳腺浸潤性導管癌Ⅱ級，左副乳腺內(nèi)見浸潤性導管癌組織，淋巴結無轉(zhuǎn)移。術后給予化療（EC×4序貫T×4），生存9個月，現(xiàn)仍在隨訪中。 結論對腋下腫塊而雙乳未見確切腫塊的患者應警惕副乳腺癌的存在，以免延誤診治。
