目的總結(jié)Millikan無張力疝修補術(shù)治療腹股溝疝的經(jīng)驗。方法對筆者2008年1月至2010年1月期間完成的Millikan無張力疝修補術(shù)患者的臨床資料進行總結(jié)、分析。結(jié)果本組 32例共35側(cè)疝，按國內(nèi)疝學組分型(2003年)，Ⅰ型2側(cè)，Ⅱ型9側(cè)，Ⅲ型21側(cè)，Ⅳ型3側(cè)。直疝6側(cè)，斜疝29側(cè)。其中行急診疝修補術(shù)2例。術(shù)后發(fā)生尿潴留2例(6.25%),無切口感染、血腫、睪丸炎等并發(fā)癥發(fā)生； 住院時間3~5 d，平均3.5 d。隨訪2~24個月，平均18個月，無復發(fā)及慢性疼痛者。結(jié)論Millikan手術(shù)是一種操作簡便、安全、符合無張力疝修補原理的術(shù)式，適用于Ⅱ~Ⅳ型腹股溝疝的修補。
