目的介紹連環(huán)蛋白家族新成員p120-連環(huán)蛋白(p120-catenin,p120ctn)及其在腫瘤研究中的進展。方法查閱近年來國內(nèi)、外有關(guān)對p120ctn研究的文獻并作綜述。結(jié)果①p120ctn參與鈣黏蛋白連環(huán)蛋白復(fù)合體的形成,參與細胞生長、增殖和黏附連接; ②調(diào)控Rho GTP 酶的活性,促進細胞運動性; ③與核內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)錄因子Kaiso結(jié)合形成Kaiso-p120ctn復(fù)合體,參與基因轉(zhuǎn)錄的調(diào)控; ④參與血管內(nèi)皮生長因子誘導(dǎo)的血管新生過程; ⑤參與炎癥、細胞惡變以及腫瘤侵襲、轉(zhuǎn)移過程。結(jié)論p120ctn作為連環(huán)蛋白家族中的一個新成員,依靠它的細胞定位參與多種生物過程,從分子水平深入了解p120ctn的生物學功能及作用機理,有利于從p120ctn的異常改變判斷腫瘤的發(fā)生和發(fā)展,為腫瘤的預(yù)防和治療提供新的手段。
