目的探討手助腹腔鏡技術(shù)在胃癌根治術(shù)中的可行性。方法回顧性分析2例手助腹腔鏡胃癌(賁門癌)根治術(shù)患者的臨床相關(guān)資料，包括手術(shù)時(shí)間、手術(shù)相關(guān)并發(fā)癥、術(shù)中出血量、手術(shù)清掃淋巴結(jié)數(shù)目、術(shù)后并發(fā)癥、腸道功能恢復(fù)時(shí)間、術(shù)后住院時(shí)間等。結(jié)果2例手術(shù)均獲成功, 分別施行手助腹腔鏡根治性全胃切除術(shù)及遠(yuǎn)端胃大部切除術(shù)，手術(shù)時(shí)間分別為310 min和220 min，無(wú)手術(shù)相關(guān)并發(fā)癥，術(shù)中出血量分別為120 ml和80 ml，手術(shù)清掃淋巴結(jié)數(shù)目分別為38枚和52枚，術(shù)后無(wú)繼發(fā)性出血、腸瘺、吻合口漏等并發(fā)癥，2例患者術(shù)后順利恢復(fù)出院。結(jié)論手助腹腔鏡胃癌根治手術(shù)是安全、可行的，但還有待進(jìn)一步評(píng)估。
