目的探討甲狀腺全切除術(shù)治療分化型甲狀腺癌安全性的相關(guān)因素。方法回顧性分析我院2002年1月至2010年1月期間72例行甲狀腺全切除術(shù)治療分化型甲狀腺癌患者的臨床資料，分析甲狀旁腺功能減退和喉返神經(jīng)損傷的發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果本組甲狀旁腺功能減退發(fā)生率為15.28%（11/72)，喉返神經(jīng)損傷發(fā)生率為4.17%（3/72）。甲狀旁腺功能減退發(fā)生與再次手術(shù)、原發(fā)腫瘤腺體外侵犯及中央?yún)^(qū)淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)(P lt;0.05)，與是否行頸側(cè)區(qū)淋巴結(jié)清掃無(wú)關(guān)(P gt;0.05); 喉返神經(jīng)損傷與上述因素均無(wú)關(guān)(P gt;0.05)。結(jié)論影響甲狀腺全切除術(shù)治療分化型甲狀腺癌安全性的相關(guān)因素有手術(shù)次數(shù)、原發(fā)腫瘤腺體外侵犯和中央?yún)^(qū)淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移。
