目的探討胃癌組織學類型與預后的關系。方法回顧性分析2000～2004年期間311例住院并行手術治療的胃癌患者的臨床資料，建立數(shù)據(jù)庫用SPSS 13.0統(tǒng)計軟件進行分析。結(jié)果χ2檢驗結(jié)果顯示: 胃癌組織學類型與淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移、腫瘤浸潤深度及Borrman分型有關（P lt;0.05）。KaplanMeier生存分析及Log-rank檢驗結(jié)果示: 高中分化胃癌患者的生存率高于低分化胃癌患者（P lt;0.05）； 但當腫瘤浸潤深度相同時，高中分化與低分化胃癌患者的生存率差異無統(tǒng)計學意義（P gt;0.05）。結(jié)論當腫瘤的浸潤深度相同時，胃癌組織學類型與患者的預后無關。
