目的探討影響老年胃癌患者術(shù)后嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥的主要因素。方法回顧性分析2003年1月至2008年12月期間在吉林大學(xué)中日聯(lián)誼醫(yī)院接受手術(shù)治療的老年胃癌患者202例,以術(shù)后是否發(fā)生并發(fā)癥及嚴(yán)重程度分為有和無(wú)嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥組,分別從臨床因素和實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查兩方面分析老年胃癌患者術(shù)后出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥的相關(guān)因素。結(jié)果在臨床指標(biāo)中,術(shù)前有并存癥、行全胃切除、術(shù)中出血量≥800 ml、術(shù)中輸血量以及聯(lián)合臟器切除與手術(shù)后嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥相關(guān)(P lt;0.05)。實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查指標(biāo)中,術(shù)前血清白蛋白值及術(shù)后第1天血糖值與手術(shù)后嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥相關(guān)(P lt;0.05)。結(jié)論術(shù)前有并存疾病、低蛋白血癥以及擴(kuò)大根治手術(shù)是老年胃癌患者術(shù)后出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥的危險(xiǎn)因素。
