目的探討galectin-3和CD105在結(jié)直腸癌組織中的表達(dá)及其與臨床病理特征的關(guān)系。方法應(yīng)用微波-EliVisionTM免疫組織化學(xué)染色技術(shù)檢測(cè)60例結(jié)直腸癌、30例結(jié)直腸腺瘤及30例結(jié)直腸正常黏膜組織(遠(yuǎn)離癌組織4 cm以上)中g(shù)alectin-3蛋白和CD105蛋白的表達(dá)〔以微血管密度(MVD)反映CD105蛋白的表達(dá)〕,分析其與結(jié)直腸癌臨床病理特征的關(guān)系。結(jié)果galectin-3蛋白表達(dá)陽(yáng)性率和MVD在結(jié)直腸正常黏膜、腺瘤至癌組織中逐漸升高,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P lt;0.05)。兩者均與結(jié)直腸癌的TNM分期、浸潤(rùn)深度及淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)(P lt;0.05,P lt;0.01),且galectin-3蛋白表達(dá)還與腫瘤的分化程度有關(guān)(P lt;0.05)。結(jié)直腸癌組織中g(shù)alectin-3蛋白的表達(dá)與MVD呈正相關(guān)(r=0.420,P lt;0.01)。結(jié)論galectin-3和CD105蛋白的表達(dá)與結(jié)直腸癌高侵襲能力和淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移有一定關(guān)系,可作為預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)直腸癌浸潤(rùn)、轉(zhuǎn)移的潛在敏感指標(biāo)。
