目的研究galectin3的結(jié)構(gòu)、配體、組織分布與腫瘤的關(guān)系及其在幾種甲狀腺疾病中的表達(dá)情況。方法對相關(guān)文獻進行綜述分析。結(jié)果galectin-3 在正常細(xì)胞及腫瘤細(xì)胞中表達(dá),調(diào)節(jié)細(xì)胞的生長、分化、黏附、凋亡和血管形成,參與腫瘤細(xì)胞的侵襲和轉(zhuǎn)移。結(jié)論galectin-3可作為鑒別甲狀腺良惡性腫瘤的參考指標(biāo)。
