目的  探討附臍靜脈在門靜脈高壓分流術(shù)中的應(yīng)用。
方法  對第二炮兵總醫(yī)院2009年收治的2例經(jīng)多次治療后復(fù)發(fā)的布加綜合征患者利用明顯擴(kuò)張的附臍靜脈進(jìn)行門體分流術(shù)。
結(jié)果  術(shù)后門靜脈壓力均明顯降低， 2患者分別在術(shù)后隨訪7和5個(gè)月，療效滿意。
結(jié)論  對于復(fù)雜重癥的門靜脈高壓患者，明顯擴(kuò)張并壓力增高的附臍靜脈可用于門腔靜脈轉(zhuǎn)流，術(shù)式簡單有效。
