目的 探討皮肌炎合并乳腺惡性腫瘤的臨床特征、診治及預(yù)后情況。
方法 回顧性分析我科自2008年以來收治的3例皮肌炎合并乳腺惡性腫瘤患者的臨床資料,就兩者關(guān)系結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行分析。
結(jié)果 3例皮肌炎合并乳腺惡性腫瘤患者中2例行乳腺癌改良根治術(shù),病理報(bào)告為浸潤(rùn)性導(dǎo)管癌(淋巴結(jié)14/21枚轉(zhuǎn)移)和原位癌(淋巴結(jié)0/17枚轉(zhuǎn)移,伴4枚癌結(jié)節(jié)),因術(shù)后不能耐受靜脈化療,予內(nèi)分泌治療。1例行乳房腫瘤切除術(shù)及腋窩淋巴結(jié)活檢術(shù),2個(gè)月后因肺間質(zhì)病死亡。
結(jié)論 女性皮肌炎患者易伴發(fā)乳腺惡性腫瘤且預(yù)后差,對(duì)明確診斷為皮肌炎的女性患者有必要進(jìn)行乳腺惡性腫瘤的篩選。
