 目的  探討結(jié)直腸腺癌組織中Fascin-1蛋白表達(dá)及與其臨床病理參數(shù)的關(guān)系。
 方法  采用微波-EliVisionTM免疫組化染色方法檢測(cè)60例結(jié)直腸腺癌、30例結(jié)直腸腺瘤及30例正常結(jié)直腸黏膜組織(遠(yuǎn)離癌組織4 cm)中Fascin-1蛋白的表達(dá)情況,并分析其與結(jié)直腸腺癌浸潤(rùn)、轉(zhuǎn)移等的關(guān)系。
 結(jié)果  Fascin-1蛋白陽(yáng)性表達(dá)主要在細(xì)胞質(zhì),其在正常結(jié)直腸黏膜組織、結(jié)直腸腺瘤組織及結(jié)直腸腺癌組織中的表達(dá)陽(yáng)性率分別為3.3%(1/30)、30.0%(9/30)及53.3%(32/60),在3種組織中表達(dá)逐漸增強(qiáng),兩兩比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)意義(P lt;0.05)。Fascin-1蛋白在結(jié)直腸腺癌漿膜浸潤(rùn)、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移和TNM Ⅲ+Ⅳ期中的表達(dá)陽(yáng)性率明顯高于無(wú)漿膜浸潤(rùn)、無(wú)淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移及TNM Ⅰ+Ⅱ期者(P lt;0.05),不同性別、年齡及分化程度之間差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P gt;0.05)。
 結(jié)論  Fascin-1蛋白表達(dá)與結(jié)直腸腺癌高侵襲能力及淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān),可作為潛在預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)直腸癌浸潤(rùn)、轉(zhuǎn)移的敏感指標(biāo)。
