目的 探討炎癥因子血清白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-10(IL-10)、C-反應(yīng)蛋白(CRP)和纖維蛋白原(FIB)在下肢深靜脈血栓形成(deep vein thrombosis,DVT)中的作用。
方法 30例DVT患者為DVT組,30例健康自愿者為正常對(duì)照組,檢測(cè)DVT組患者治療前、后及正常對(duì)照組血清IL-6、IL-10、CRP及FIB濃度。
結(jié)果 DVT組患者治療前血清IL-6、IL-10、CRP和FIB濃度均明顯高于正常對(duì)照組(P lt;0.001); 治療后DVT組患者血清IL-6、CRP和FIB濃度顯著低于治療前(P lt;0.001),而血清IL-10濃度則高于治療前(P lt;0.001); 治療后DVT組患者血清FIB濃度與正常對(duì)照組比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P gt;0.05),血清IL-6、IL-10及CRP濃度仍高于正常對(duì)照組(P lt;0.05)。
結(jié)論 炎癥因子參與下肢DVT的發(fā)生、發(fā)展,其中IL-6、CRP及FIB可能在血栓急性期起重要作用,而IL-10 則可能起抗炎作用。
