• 吉林大學(xué)第一醫(yī)院結(jié)直腸肛門(mén)外科（長(zhǎng)春 130021）;

目的 探討Fournier綜合征早期診斷和有效的治療方法。
方法 回顧性分析我院2006～2009年期間收治的385例肛周膿腫并發(fā)Fournier綜合征患者的臨床資料。
結(jié)果 385例肛周膿腫患者中有6例并發(fā)Fournier綜合征，發(fā)生率為1.56%。 經(jīng)及時(shí)徹底清創(chuàng)、通暢引流、有效的抗生素和支持治療，全部治愈。
結(jié)論 肛周膿腫可并發(fā)會(huì)陰區(qū)、陰囊、腹壁等處的Fournier綜合征，該病發(fā)生、發(fā)展迅速，早期診斷、早期徹底清創(chuàng)引流對(duì)預(yù)后起決定性作用。
