目的  探討胰腺癌血管侵犯的CT分級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。方法  在CNKI及PubMed上檢索并復(fù)習(xí)近10年來(lái)關(guān)于CT評(píng)價(jià)胰腺癌侵犯胰周血管的文獻(xiàn)，對(duì)CT評(píng)價(jià)胰腺癌血管侵犯程度的價(jià)值進(jìn)行綜述。 結(jié)果  多層螺旋CT是判斷胰腺癌可切除性的最佳影像學(xué)方法。目前主要的胰周血管侵犯CT分級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)包括： 根據(jù)腫瘤和血管間關(guān)系的CT分級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、根據(jù)腫瘤包繞血管程度的CT分級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、根據(jù)管腔狹窄程度的CT分級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及聯(lián)合受侵血管狹窄程度與腫瘤包繞血管程度的CT分級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。結(jié)論  胰腺癌血管侵犯的CT分級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)還不統(tǒng)一，每個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)都有缺陷。
